Sukhpal is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He is the Principal of Dominvs Group, his family-owned private equity and real estate business, which owns and develops prime and super-prime property and hospitality assets across the UK. Under his leadership, the company has developed visionary development schemes, pioneered brand new approaches to property, and restored historic buildings to create outstanding hotels, offices and homes across the UK. Through Dominvs, Sukhpal is also a hands-on investor, applying his decades of first-hand business and investment experience to turn around established businesses, such as truck parts giant Digraph, and kickstart new ones, like jet brokerage Dominvs Aviation and VARCapital itself, which evolved from his own family office.

With his trademark energy and ambition, before Dominvs, Sukhpal founded Euro Car Parts. Starting from a single store in Willesden, London, Sukhpal and his team turned it into the largest distributor of car parts in Europe. It was one of the first businesses in any industry to launch a web presence, which helped drive it to 300 branches and more than 10,000 employees. Sukhpalalso spearheaded the creation of its cutting-edge automated distribution centre, the first of its kind in Europe. The business was acquired by NASDAQ-listed automotive multinational LKQ Corporation in 2011 for £280 million, when Sukhpal was invited to join the global Board and until 2019 applied his expertise to help accelerate their businesses in the UK, Ireland and India as Executive Chairman.
