James is the Vice Chairman of Advisory Board at VAR Capital. James Fleming started his career at Hambros Bank before joining Coutts & Co and, latterly, Arbuthnot Latham Private Bank as CEO. Before joining VAR Capital, James was the CEO of Sandaire, a multi-family office which was acquired by Cazenove in 2020.
