Lynn joined VAR Capital as Executive Director in 2023 with more than 20 years’ experience managing a portfolio of International Private Clients as a Senior Private Banker with Arbuthnot Latham, Coutts and Citibank.

James Fleming
James is the Vice Chairman of Advisory Board at VAR Capital. James Fleming started his career at Hambros Bank before joining Coutts & Co and, latterly, Arbuthnot Latham Private Bank as CEO. Before joining VAR Capital, James was the CEO of Sandaire, a multi-family office which was acquired by Cazenove.

Rupesh Patel leads Corporate Finance Advisory and Private Capital Investments at VAR Capital, bringing over two decades of experience in deal advisory, investing, and board governance across companies of all sizes.
Pooja
Pooja has more than 15 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Compliances and Pricing. Before joining VAR Capital, she was working as Assistant Vice President with Aviva Life Insurance Company India Limited. She worked for different industry like insurance, creditcard, finance consulting and auditing and business.
Simon Reid
Simon has over 15 years of experience managing concentrated equity portfolios. Before joining VAR, he was a fund manager in the Global Equity Income team at Legal & General Investment management, where the portfolio was managed with a strict value philosophy and delivered 5.7% annualised outperformance.
Suchet Singhal
Suchet is an Analyst at VAR Capital. Suchet holds a BSc. in Business Management & IT from University College London. Prior to joining VAR Capital, Suchet gained experience at a boutique wealth management firm in London and a commercial bank in Mauritius.
Amy Stewart
Amy joined VAR Capital as a Vice President. Prior to VAR, Amy worked in Barclays Private Bank for a number of years working with international clients. Amy holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Economics and Geography from University of Aberdeen.
