Rupesh Patel leads Corporate Finance Advisory and Private Capital Investments at VAR Capital, bringing over two decades of experience in deal advisory, investing, and board governance across companies of all sizes. Prior to VAR, Rupesh held senior investment roles at Praesidian Capital, a transatlantic private credit fund, and Gresham House Ventures, a European private equity and venture capital manager. He began his career at Deloitte, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, before specialising in corporate finance advisory at Grant Thornton in London. Rupesh’s expertise across M&A advisory and investment roles both in private credit and private equity, allows him to view transactions from multiple perspectives. This comprehensive experience enables him to navigate complex deals, optimise outcomes, and deliver exceptional value for VAR Capital’s clients and investors.
